Supplier Responsibility, Product Claims, and Order Resolution


Blink2BuyFromUs operates as a dropshipping retailer. Products available through our website are manufactured, stocked, and shipped by independent third-party suppliers.


While we are committed to providing excellent customer service and assisting with the resolution of any order-related concerns, product defects, manufacturing issues, shipping delays, or fulfillment errors are the responsibility of the supplier.


If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product, or if another product-related issue arises, you must notify us within the timeframe specified in our Return and Refund Policy and provide any requested supporting information, including photographs or videos where applicable.


If requested by the supplier, the product must be returned to the supplier's designated return address before a claim can be processed. Customers must not return products without receiving return authorization and instructions from us.


Once the supplier receives the returned product, the inspection and claims process may take up to thirty (30) calendar days. Following the investigation, the supplier may approve a replacement, refund, repair, or other appropriate remedy, subject to the supplier's policies and applicable consumer protection laws.


Blink2BuyFromUs will act as the customer's point of contact throughout the claims process and will make reasonable efforts to facilitate communication with the supplier. However, we cannot guarantee the supplier's decision, processing time, product availability, or shipping carrier performance.


Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. Where required by law, Blink2BuyFromUs will honor all applicable legal obligations regarding refunds, replacements, repairs, and consumer guarantees.
