Order Processing & Shipping Policy
All orders are subject to a processing period of 1–3 business days before shipment. Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
After an order has been shipped, estimated Deliveries are between 2-12 business days. Just a reminder that some orders can take longer depending on your location and the shipping carrier and type of product. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or other events beyond our control.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, suppliers, or other third parties. Orders will not be eligible for cancellation, refund, or chargeback solely because delivery occurs within the stated estimated delivery timeframe.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Tracking information will be provided when available after the order has been processed and dispatched.
